Clubhouse Rental Application

Those renting the Izaak Walton Clubhouse are entitled to the following:
  • Tables and chairs
  • Picnic tables
  • Restrooms
  • Kitchen facilities
  • Parking Lot
  • Heat
  • Air Conditioning
  • The lawn in front, back, and to the sides of the clubhouse
  • Firepit
  • Grill

Rent is $140/day plus a $70 refundable security deposit.  Please check our calendar below for events that are already published prior to requesting rental dates. Openings on the calendar do not guarantee availability.

Your rental date is not secured until payment in full of rent and security deposit is received.

Cancellation policy: Rentals must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to the rental date in order to be eligible for refund.  Appeals and/or rescheduling can be petitioned to the Board of Directors.
