The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2689 serves as a home away from home for veterans and their families. They host fundraisers and events to serve the Huntington community. Check out their Saturday breakfast buffets and meet the honorable men and women that fought to protect our freedoms.
Located just half a mile from the Izaak Walton Huntington Chapter, the Country Post serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's the perfect place for volunteers to eat after working on the Izaak property.
Located just 400 feet from the Izaak Walton Huntington Chapter, the Acres Land Trust helps teach us how to conserve our natural resources. Their Pehkokia Woods Trails location also provides the community with 97 acres of beautiful hiking and scenery, which is open to the public and free.
